Reaching Proxima

After the perilous journey at speeds and a distance previously never achieved by man, the science ship, Laurus Nobilis, makes orbit around Proxima B. It's mission is to conduct a complete survey of the planet, and determine if human colonization is feasible. If the world proves to be habitable, a message to that effect will instantly be transmitted back to Earth through the Quantum Entanglement Communication Array, whereupon a colony ship will be dispatched to place mankind on its second home among the stars.
